About the Role

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to join our Generative AI practice, working on cutting-edge projects for clients in the gaming and iGaming industry. You will design, build and deploy LLM-based solutions including NPC behavior systems, content generation pipelines and player experience personalization. You will collaborate with game studios and product teams to translate AI capabilities into tangible gameplay features.

Hiring Process

Initial screening call with HR (30 min), followed by a technical assessment, and a final interview with the engineering team lead. The entire process takes approximately 2 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop LLM-based solutions for gaming and iGaming clients
• Build and maintain Generative AI pipelines for content generation and personalization
• Fine-tune and evaluate foundation models for domain-specific use cases
• Collaborate with game studios to integrate AI features into live products
• Define best practices for AI/ML model deployment and monitoring
• Conduct research on emerging GenAI techniques relevant to gaming

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models)
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, HuggingFace)
• Experience with RAG architectures and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)
• Strong understanding of model evaluation and performance metrics

Nice-to-have

• Experience in gaming or iGaming industry
• Knowledge of real-time AI inference optimization
• Contributions to open-source AI projects

Salary
