About Tribal Jobs

Tribal Jobs started the way most good things do, with a group of friends and a shared idea. We come from different industries, but we all share one thing in common, a real passion for gaming and a belief that the Serbian gaming industry deserves a platform built specifically for it.

We work fully remotely, all from Serbia, building Tribal Jobs as a side project that became something much bigger. What started as conversations about why there is no proper gaming job platform in our region turned into the first dedicated portal connecting gaming talent and gaming employers across Serbia and beyond.

Our mission is simple, to help the Serbian gaming industry grow. We want to give local studios easier access to talent, give Serbian gaming professionals a clear path to opportunities both at home and worldwide, and put our region firmly on the global gaming map.

We are not a generic recruitment platform that added a gaming filter. We are gaming-first, built from the inside out, by people who care about where this industry is heading.
