As a Junior Game Designer, the candidate will support the design team in creating fun, challenging and rewarding gameplay experiences in Minecraft. Tasks include contributing to Game Design Documents, helping balance levels, brainstorming themes, quests and progression systems, and supporting QA testing throughout the project lifecycle.

Odgovornosti
- Support the design team in creating fun, challenging and rewarding gameplay experiences in Minecraft
- Contribute to Game Design Documents
- Help balance levels and gameplay difficulty
- Brainstorm themes, quests and progression systems
- Support QA testing throughout the project lifecycle
Zahtevi
- Active player of Minecraft or other games for at least 3 years
- Strong understanding of game mechanics and genuine creativity in game design
- Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional design environment
Poželjno
- Any hobby or personal experience designing mods, maps or small game systems
- Familiarity with tools for visualizing ideas and concepts (Google Slides, Canva or similar)
- Basic understanding of level design and player experience principles
