IGT is looking for an experienced Game Integrity & Operational Assurance Manager to establish and lead a newly created operational assurance function within its PlayDigital business. The role is responsible for safeguarding game integrity, monitoring operational and financial risks, investigating large wins and game anomalies, and building the function's governance, frameworks and monitoring capabilities from the ground up.

Odgovornosti
- Establish and lead the Game Integrity & Operational Assurance function, developing its frameworks, governance processes and control standards
- Monitor game and platform activity to identify integrity concerns, operational risks and control weaknesses
- Lead investigations into game defects, operational incidents and unusual player or transactional activity, delivering root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Own the framework for monitoring, validating and investigating significant wins and unusual payouts
- Lead investigations into large wins, jackpots, promotional abuse, fraud, collusion and player exploitation
- Define investigation standards, escalation pathways and service level expectations
- Coordinate reviews across Operations, Product, Development, Compliance and external suppliers
- Define and maintain key risk indicators and monitoring methodologies covering RTP variance, payout anomalies and operational failures
- Set the data strategy for dashboards, monitoring systems and investigation tools
- Drive automation, predictive monitoring and AI enabled risk identification
- Ensure operational assurance processes meet regulatory obligations and internal control requirements
- Support regulatory reporting, audits and external assessments
- Build and evolve the function while creating a roadmap for future team growth
Zahtevi
- Significant experience in operational risk, fraud management, investigations, operational assurance or compliance
- Proven ability to lead complex investigations, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting large datasets and translating insights into practical solutions
- Demonstrated experience designing monitoring frameworks, operational controls and governance processes
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau or equivalent analytical tools
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into operational and technical requirements
- Proven success in building new functions, capabilities or processes
Poželjno
- Experience in online gaming, casino operations, gaming compliance or fraud analytics
- Strong knowledge of casino game mechanics, RTP, volatility and player behaviour
- Experience conducting game integrity reviews and investigating large wins and fraud
- Familiarity with anomaly detection, predictive analytics, machine learning and operational risk modelling
- Experience working with gaming suppliers, platform providers and regulators
