SOFTGAMES is looking for an experienced Game Industry Sourcing Recruiter to support its People team with active candidate sourcing and direct outreach. This is a fixed term freelance engagement focused on identifying and engaging top talent in the gaming industry, ideally with experience in casual games.

Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, portfolios, communities and other relevant channels
Conduct direct outreach and first touch candidate engagement
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles
Collaborate closely with the People team to understand role requirements and target profiles
Track outreach activities and candidate responses in the ATS and shared tools
Provide feedback on talent market insights and sourcing effectiveness

Zahtevi

Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter with a strong sourcing focus
Solid background in the gaming industry, particularly in casual games
Demonstrated success in direct outreach and passive candidate engagement
Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills and familiarity with creative and tech gaming profiles
Comfortable working independently in a freelance setup while collaborating closely with an internal team
Clear, professional and respectful communication style
