We are looking for a part-time Payroll Specialist to manage monthly payroll processing for a team of up to 30 employees and contractors. The engagement is approximately 1-2 days per month. The ideal candidate is familiar with Serbian labor law, tax regulations and payroll software, and can work independently with minimal oversight once onboarded.
Proces zapošljavanja
Initial screening call (30 min), followed by an online interview with the hiring manager. Shortlisted candidates attend a final live interview. Selected candidate goes through a background check prior to receiving an offer.

Odgovornosti
- Process monthly payroll for up to 30 employees and contractors
- Calculate net salaries, taxes and contributions in accordance with Serbian labor law
- Prepare and submit PPP-PD tax filings on time
- Generate payment orders for salary disbursement
- Maintain accurate payroll records and monthly archive
- Flag any discrepancies or changes in employee status to the client
Zahtevi
- Proven experience processing payroll in Serbia
- Solid knowledge of Serbian labor law, tax and contribution regulations
- Experience with various contract types (ugovor o radu, B2B, ugovor o delu, autorski ugovor)
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Reliability and strict adherence to monthly deadlines
