Odgovornosti
- Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles and clients (from intake to offer)
- Deliver high-volume recruitment campaigns across various channels
- Manage multiple open roles simultaneously, juggling different priorities and timelines
- Actively source candidates using job boards, databases, referrals, direct outreach, etc.
- Conduct structured interviews and deliver clear measurable candidate evaluations
- Consistently update the internal ATS database and relevant google sheets
- Coordinate closely with all internal stakeholders
- Adapt recruitment strategy quickly when client needs, volumes, or profiles change
Zahtevi
- 2+ years of experience with in-house or agency recruitment
- Proven experience with high-volume hiring (BPO, retail, gaming, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple roles at once without losing control of the process
- Strong organizational skills – you excel at structure, lists and follow-ups
- Comfortable working with KPIs, SLAs and deadlines
- Ability to assess skills, attitude and client fit
- Fluent in Serbian and English (spoken and written)
- Skilled in market research and unearthing unorthodox sourcing channels
