Odgovornosti

Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles and clients (from intake to offer)
Deliver high-volume recruitment campaigns across various channels
Manage multiple open roles simultaneously, juggling different priorities and timelines
Actively source candidates using job boards, databases, referrals, direct outreach, etc.
Conduct structured interviews and deliver clear measurable candidate evaluations
Consistently update the internal ATS database and relevant google sheets
Coordinate closely with all internal stakeholders
Adapt recruitment strategy quickly when client needs, volumes, or profiles change

Zahtevi

2+ years of experience with in-house or agency recruitment
Proven experience with high-volume hiring (BPO, retail, gaming, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple roles at once without losing control of the process
Strong organizational skills – you excel at structure, lists and follow-ups
Comfortable working with KPIs, SLAs and deadlines
Ability to assess skills, attitude and client fit
Fluent in Serbian and English (spoken and written)
Skilled in market research and unearthing unorthodox sourcing channels
