IGT is looking for a Game Designer to join its Lynx Studio in Belgrade, IGT's dedicated localization studio for EMEA and LAC markets. The role is responsible for adapting proven game concepts for different markets, evaluating existing game content and shaping adjustments to features, presentation and player experience.

Odgovornosti

Evaluate each assigned title and define adjustments to its features, content, presentation and overall player experience
Work closely with Game Mathematicians to align the mathematical direction with product and market requirements
Collaborate with the studio team throughout development to ensure design decisions are implemented consistently and to a high quality standard
Create and maintain detailed design documentation covering game mechanics, features, content, presentation and implementation requirements
Act as the creative gatekeeper during project reviews and development milestones, ensuring all game elements remain aligned with the agreed design direction
Share casino game design best practices and provide guidance to key creative contributors, considering the expectations of different markets

Zahtevi

Strong understanding of casino game types, features, mechanics and player experiences
Familiarity with game mathematics and an understanding of how mathematical models influence game behavior and player experience
Proficiency in visual design tools used to create storyboards and communicate design ideas
Creative and solution oriented, with the ability to evaluate existing content and develop effective design solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines
Detail oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high quality standards
