Sperasoft is looking for a hands-on Lead Level Artist to strengthen their environment art team in Belgrade. You will model environment assets, perform set dressing, build levels in the engine, maintain visual quality alongside Art Directors, and help the team grow through mentorship and example — while still doing the work yourself.

Collaborate with Level Designers and Art Director to maintain visual quality and gameplay clarity
Help develop our current team by sharing knowledge, techniques, and best practices
Model environment assets (modular pieces, props, terrain elements, hero assets)
Perform set dressing yourself: composition, storytelling through props, decals, and scene staging
Work inside the engine to build and polish level art on a daily basis
Ensure technical performance (LODs, draw calls, memory) without sacrificing visual ambition
Proactively fill gaps in modular kits with your own high-quality models
Review team members' work constructively.
