About the Role
We're looking for a full-time 3D Artist to join our Marketing Art team! At Nordeus, marketing art is all about visual storytelling. You'll bring the worlds of football, golf, and sports to life, working across the full production pipeline: modeling, texturing, rendering, animation, and scene composition for ads, key art, and cinematic trailers. If you have a passion for games and strong 3D skills, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities
- 3D asset creation: model, texture, and render high-quality assets, including characters, environments, props and effects
- Scene composition: build immersive 3D scenes for short advertisements, key art and cinematic trailers
- Animation & simulation: animate cameras and objects, and create realistic cloth and rigid body simulations
- Rendering: deliver high-quality videos and images across various formats using both real-time and offline rendering engines (Cycles, EEVEE, Unreal)
- Creative collaboration: brainstorm and generate fresh ideas for new ad concepts while collaborating closely with 2D, 3D, Video, Game and Marketing teams
- Growth: continuously advance your 3D skills with the help and support of our Senior 3D Artists
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of 3D software (Blender, Maya, or Houdini)
- Generalist mindset with well-rounded interest in 3D art
- Strong skills in composition, lighting, color theory and visual storytelling
- Creative, resourceful, excellent time management and organized approach to work
- Team player, open to feedback and able to iterate based on creative direction
Nice-to-have
- Experience with game engines (Unreal Engine or Unity)
- Experience creating animations
- Experience using generative AI tools for 3D and video content creation
- Passion for photography and video
- Knowledge of Nordeus games and the mobile gaming industry
