About the Role
IGT is looking for a Senior Product Security Architect to join its Global Information Security team, reporting to the Director of Product Security. The role is responsible for reviewing IGT technology solutions, identifying potential security gaps, determining risk and providing remediation guidance and documentation.

Responsibilities
- Assess at a technical level the security measures and mechanisms designed into a solution or project
- Review Information Security technology policies, processes, procedures and related documents and artifacts related to security architecture
- Collaborate across all business units and review security architecture, requirements, diagrams and workflows, recommending security related functions and enhancements for customer facing products
- Model threats and attack vectors and design security controls to mitigate risk, including managing SAST, SCA and ICS findings
- Build and maintain security controls for on-prem, cloud native, multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments
- Ensure project compliance to information security and industry related standards, policies and procedures, and make recommendations to ISMS modification as needed
- Make recommendations on confidentiality, integrity and availability goals, as well as cryptography, authentication methods, network security, data storage and handling and security of architectures and protocols
- Investigate and recommend security technologies for incorporation into the architecture of company products and services
- Assist in the development of secure architecture and designs and provide training on security solutions
- Work closely with IT Services on security aspects of Microsoft, UNIX like and mobile environments
- Actively follow the threat and attack landscape, new security architecture trends and solutions, and recommend implementation when applicable
Requirements
- Excellent communication, decision making and self leadership skills
- Programming background in writing or auditing JavaScript, Python, Go, .NET and/or the C family of languages
- Ability to act independently and exercise good judgment, as well as the ability to work cross functionally
- Experience implementing well architected, secure environments in one or more of the following: operating systems, network and software security, AWS, GCP, Azure
- 10 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree with a technical, computer science or technology major, or equivalent experience in a computer science or engineering field
