About the Role
IGT is looking for a Senior Audio Designer to join its studio in Belgrade and help build casino games played by millions of players worldwide. The role is responsible for creating detailed audio specifications, composing original music and sound effects, and owning the full audio pipeline from design to implementation.

Responsibilities
- Develop detailed audio specifications based on project requirements and creative vision
- Design and produce high quality music compositions and sound effects that enhance the overall user experience
- Collaborate closely with producers, game designers, developers and artists to integrate audio seamlessly into projects and drive on time delivery
- Provide clear direction and constructive feedback to internal team members and external development partners
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of audio assets to ensure optimal performance across platforms and devices
- Build and maintain audio pipelines, naming conventions and asset organization that scale with the project
- Edit and mix assets iteratively based on playtesting feedback and team direction
- Stay current with tools and techniques relevant to game audio at scale
Requirements
- Experience composing, arranging and producing original music and FX
- Proficiency in Digital Audio Workstations such as Steinberg Cubase, Nuendo, Ableton or Logic
- A dedicated, acoustically treated studio capable of mixing and mastering to professional industry standards
- Exceptional mixing and mastering skills
- Proven experience as an Audio Designer or similar role in the entertainment, gaming or multimedia industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing original music compositions, sound design projects and audio implementation work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Comfortable working in a small team and owning decisions end to end
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
Nice-to-have
- Experience with Wwise or FMOD, and direct experience integrating audio into Unity
- Experience organizing and maintaining large audio libraries
- Degree in music or audio engineering
- Voice over recording and editing
- Experience working with video slots and casino games
