About the Role

Ancient Gaming is looking for a Talent Sourcer to join its Talent team. The role focuses on identifying niche talent across the gaming industry, discovering passive candidates on different platforms, not only LinkedIn, and bringing a creative approach to sourcing.

Vacancy Details

Responsibilities

• Proactively source talent across various roles in a global team
• Use advanced search techniques and sourcing tools to map candidate pools and uncover hard-to-find profiles
• Explore non-traditional sourcing platforms such as Reddit, X, Discord and niche gaming communities
• Craft personalized, compelling outreach campaigns that drive high response rates
• Collaborate closely with talent leads across brands to understand role requirements and refine candidate profiles
• Maintain thorough and accurate records in the ATS and talent pipeline

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting within the iGaming industry
• Hands-on experience with talent sourcing tools, advanced search and sourcing for niche roles
• Experience finding talent across alternative channels such as Reddit, X and Discord
• Proactive approach, persistence and strong organizational skills
• Eager-to-learn mindset with continuous curiosity about innovative sourcing strategies
