About the Role
We are looking for a part-time Social Media Manager to run and grow Tribal Jobs presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X. You will create and schedule content, engage with the gaming community and help build brand awareness for the first Serbian gaming job portal. The ideal candidate understands gaming culture and knows how to communicate authentically to a gaming audience.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Tribal Jobs accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X
- Create and schedule weekly content calendar
- Design visual posts and stories using Canva or Figma
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages
- Monitor performance metrics and report monthly results
- Stay up to date with gaming industry trends and adapt content accordingly
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media accounts (portfolio required)
- Familiarity with gaming industry, gaming culture or gaming content creation
- Proficiency in Canva, with Figma as a plus
- Strong written communication skills in Serbian and English
- Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines
Nice-to-have
- Experience in gaming, iGaming or tech industry social media
- Basic video editing skills for TikTok/Reels content
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Later ili equivalent)
